Paid Media Manager

Position Summary 

As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating and optimizing a comprehensive range of digital paid media strategies, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Feed Marketing, Display Advertising, Paid Social Media Campaigns, Affiliate Marketing, and other relevant channels. Your role demands a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, ensuring the execution of campaigns that are innovative, effective, and aligned with our clients' strategic goals.

Reports to: Director of Paid Media

Role Description

• Performance and Budget Management: Demonstrate exceptional management of both key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets to ensure client campaigns are both effective and efficient. You'll be tasked with not just meeting but exceeding targets, delivering outstanding results within the allocated budget and timelines.
• Strategic Client Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor. You'll leverage your expertise to offer strategic guidance, ask probing questions, make informed recommendations, and reassure clients of the value and impact of the work we do. You will understand clients' existing strategies and collaborate closely with them to refine and evolve these strategies to meet changing market demands and opportunities.
• Client Nurturing and Relationship Growth: Play an active role in the on-boarding of new clients, helping them feel the warm embrace of the team as we get to work on their business. Focus on nurturing and expanding existing client relationships through regular engagement with senior executives, crafting growth strategies, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Your success will be marked by your ability to build trust, consistently delivering on promises and commitments.
